Lugia´s ‘father’. They met eachother again after the great storm where he lost his mate and companions, to his schock, a criminal group called ‘cypher’ closed his heart away, which caused to turn him into this shape. XD still doesn´´t approve the fact that he really is his father due to the memory loss, so they just be friends until his memory might return on a fatefull day.

Lugias compane when he want´s to fly with someone, she is cute, nice, helpful ans really cheerful. Since Articuno´s dissappearence was Lugia quite alone and she was the first pokemon who actually likes to fly with him. He has a small crush on her, maybe.

Articuno and Lugia are together and love each other. when a storm at mt. silver occured while she and all her companes, including Lugia, were flying around there, they got seperated and blown away in different directions. After many weeks of searching they both found each other.
